Well it took 4 months but my handmade Home Craft Mop Pad Challenge is complete! If this pad fits & stays put on the mop then it saves me a few dollars for each pad I make. Maybe I should try my sweeper next?! Do you save money making your own cleaning supplies?

Recently I purchased this Lysol mop to help keep my hardwood floors clean. Now that it's winter I'll need extra help cleaning. My challenge is to crochet extra pads for the mop. Will I finish the challenge or give up? This mop sells at Walmart for $25 but I snagged one at a outlet store for around $8. It will be worth it if I save a few more dollars.
